Password-Protected Tax Returns

Holistiplan Support's the upload of password-protected files. To ensure a successful upload, follow the steps below.

1. Proceed to upload as usual, instructions provided here.

2. Once a file has been selected to upload, our system will automatically detect that the file contains a password.

3. Enter the password, and continue to upload as usual! 

Troubleshooting:

  • I am entering my password, but the software says it is incorrect?
    • We recommend opening the file on your desktop and double-checking that you can open it on your end!
  • The file does open on my end, but the software is saying that the password is incorrect.
