Can I Upload a Password Protected Tax Return?

1. Proceed to upload as usual, instructions provided here.

2. Once a file has been selected to upload, our system will automatically detect that the file contains a password.

3. Upon entering the password, you can continue to upload as usual!

Troubleshooting:

• I am entering my password but the software says it is incorrect?
  • We recommend opening the file on your desktop and double checking that you are able to open it on your end!
• The file does open on my end but the software is saying that the password is incorrect.
