Do You Sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

We respond to these requests politely with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy that specifically commits to not sharing any confidential information or end client data with anyone, unless required to by law enforcement. We do not sign NDAs or other contracts offered by individual firms, as we have over 4,000+ firms that use Holistiplan for their tax planning needs.
