Unsupported Estate Documents
Holistiplan Estate allows you to review various estate planning documents for your clients. What types of documents aren’t covered? Find out more below.
We're excited to see users engage with our Will & Trust, Financial Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directives tools! These tools are designed to help review and summarize your clients' estate planning documents. While these tools expand your ability to provide comprehensive financial planning insights, there are some important details to note about which documents are not supported:
Estate Documents Not Supported:
- (POA) Incapacity planning documents of non-household members, including Health Care Directives and Financial Powers of Attorney, signed by non-household members
- Documents for non-U.S. citizens drafted under foreign law
- (Will & Trust) Will, Living Trust, or Inter vivos Irrevocable Trust document created by non-household members
Note: Holistiplan Estate incapacity planning documents are summarized on an individual household member level. Please select the appropriate household member within the Financial POA module’s upload modal.
