How do I contact Support?

You can go to the "Contact Support" button located at the top of almost every page and get in touch with the Support team that way!

Due to the number of inquiries received on a daily basis relative to our support staff, we do not presently offer on-demand phone support.

We are, however, available by email to quickly answer your questions! Our team commits to responding to inquiries within 1 hour during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8-5 Central). You can do so by navigating to the upper right-hand side of your screen and selecting the "Contact Support" option. Reaching out from the feature or page in question is a best practice, as this will give us a direct link and help give context to the question you have for us!
