Instructions for removing households from your Holistiplan subscription.
Deleting a household will delete all information associated with it, including uploaded returns, Scenarios, Tax Letters, and all reports. There are 2 methods that can be used to remove households. The first would be to head to your households listing page, found under the tab "Households" >> "All households."
You'll then click the ellipses under the heading "actions" in the column associated with the desired household and select "delete household."
The second method for removing households would be found in the actual household itself. You'll click on the desired household from your households listing page and click "delete household" in the top right side of the page.
It should be noted that deleting a household will remove it permanently from our system and it will be unable to be recovered once deleted. You'll want to complete a check that you are deleting the correct household prior to clicking any delete household buttons.
