Asset Map Integration Guide

The Asset Map Integration allows you to import member information into Asset Map and links directly to the client's household in Holistiplan.

To begin, a firm admin on your subscription will need to turn on the integration by navigating to Settings > Integrations, then enabling the integration by toggling it on.

Importing One or Multiple Households from Holistiplan into Asset Map

  1. Connect Holistiplan from the Integrations page.
  2. Use the Create Household button to begin the import process.
  3. Select Holistiplan as the desired importing integration.
  4. Search your Holistiplan contacts by clicking the magnifying glass icon.
  5. Click import adjacent to the desired contact.
  6. Click view to open the imported Household and Asset-Map.

 

Connecting an Asset Map Member Directly to a Holistiplan Contact

  1. From within an Asset-Map household, migrate to the Holistiplan integration page.
  2. Search for a client name.
  3. Connect them to a current member or make a new member using the drop-down menu.

Note: Only member information is imported. 

 

Feature: Connecting Back to Asset Map

1. In the Clients section of each Household page, you'll find Asset Map logos under the Connections column.

 

 

2. Clicking this link will take you back to the Client in Asset Map, if already connected, and will take you to a screen to Connect or Import the client into Asset Map if not you haven't already connected that client.

 



Synchronization Options

  • Right-click (alt click) on the Asset-Map Report page.
  • From the Member's edit window, Holistiplan tab.
  • From the Actions Menu.
  • From the Detail page of the Household.
