PreciseFP Integration Guide

The PerciseFP integration allows you to export mapped data from PreciseFP to Holistiplan, including uploaded tax returns. Integrating begins within PreciseFP.

 

Note: Data and the tax return will only export manually. Nothing will export automatically.

Enabling the integration

 

Within PreciseFP, navigate to Settings > Integrations, then click on the Holistiplan tile: 

 

Click Enable twice to be redirected to Holistiplan and enter your login credentials:

 

Click Authorize:

 

The Holistiplan tile should now display Enabled:

 

Exporting to Holistiplan

 

 Select the account you wish to export, then click the Export: 

 

Choose between creating a new record, or export to an existing record by searching by last name:

 

The tax return document must have a year in the file's title in order to export unless you create a custom mapping to the Year of Tax Return field in the integration mapper.

 

Note:

  • This will export all mapped data and the tax return document to Holistiplan.

  • Each document is only exported once. To export a document again, you will need to download it, remove it, and re-upload it to your client/prospect profile or you will need to unlink the client/prospect record from Holistiplan.

  • The default mapping for the tax return document is to the pre-existing Expenses & Taxes/Annual Taxes/Recent Federal Tax Return, though this can be changed in the integration mapper.
