Manage Subscription
Upgrade Plan, Change Card Info, Cancel Subscription
Firm Admins can manage their subscription by navigating to Settings > Subscription. On the Subscription Settings screen, review and update several firm account management items, including:
Upgrade options
Renewal date, household tier, and household statistics
Edit Billing Address, Billing Contacts, Payment Method, and View Invoices
Upgrade Account
Select the household tier you want to move to by clicking Upgrade Household Tier. The prorated cost of the upgrade will then be displayed before confirming the upgrade purchase.
Upgrade cost is calculated by taking the difference between the current plan and the plan you're upgrading to, applying any discounts, and prorating the cost based on the firm's renewal date. Upgrading will not change your renewal date.


Subscription Information
Review the firm's renewal date, household tier, and household statistics in the Subscription Details section.

The breakdown of the billable household count, as well as a link to how household billing works, can be found by clicking on impact billing can be found by clicking on How is this Calculated?

Edit Billing Address, Billing Contacts, Payment Method, and View Invoices
Information can be reivewed and changed by going to Settings > Subscription > Billing

By default, the user who initially signed up for the subscription is a billing contact. Add more in this section

Card number:

Invoices:
Download previous invoices and preview upcoming invoices (subject to change)

Cancel Subscription
Cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Subscription
