How Do I Manage My Subscription Status?

Upgrade Plan, Change Card Info, Cancel Subscription

Firm Admins can manage their subscription status by navigating to Settings > Subscription as seen below.


From there, you can review and update several firm account management items, including the details of your current subscription, payment information, any past due invoices, and the contact information for those responsible for managing your Holistiplan account.



If you've hit your usage limit and you're looking to upgrade your subscription to the next tier, you can do so on this page. If you start at $999 and would like to upgrade to the $1,899 subscription, you can review your upgrade options by clicking on the "See Upgrade Options" button shown above. You'll be charged the difference between the plan you're currently on and the plan you're upgrading to, and your renewal date will stay the same.
