Adding New Users

Looking to add others to your Holistiplan account? It's free of charge and super easy to do!

We strongly encourage our subscribers to add a user for each person that will be accessing the account. You can add as many users as you like! This keeps everything more secure and lets us get in touch with the right person when needed.

To do this, navigate to Settings > User Admin and scroll down to the "New User" section.



Then, to add a new user, select the "Add User" button below. 



When you select the "Add User" button, a new window will pop up like shown below to enter/edit that user information. Here, you'll enter the new user's first and last name, as well as their email. If you'd like them to be a Firm Admin like you, check the box!

If your firm is separated by units or subsidiaries, make sure to put the person in the correct one. If the user isn't put in a unit or subsidiary, they won't have access to anything.


Finally, if you're ready for the new user to be active immediately, check the box next to "Send Email Invite Now" and click the "Save" button!

If the new user will not be using Holistiplan yet, you can wait until later and click the "Send Invite" circled below in blue for a single user, or check the box next to the user's name as circled in red below and select "Send Email Invites" option from the dropdown menu outlined in red to send email invites to the checked user(s) at a later date.
