What to do when a password has been entered too many times?

When you are logging in to the service, if you enter your password incorrectly too many times, you will receive an error message stating you are "locked out." Don't worry! Wait a few minutes before attempting to enter your password once again.

If you continue to enter an incorrect password too many times, it may be wise to consider resetting your password. You can reset your password by clicking on your name on the top-right of any page in Holistiplan and clicking on My Account / Password.
