Prizm Insurance Integration

The Prizm Insurance integration is an optional Holistiplan feature that allows financial advisors to seamlessly connect clients with a nationwide insurance broker for quotes for new or improved auto/home/umbrella liability insurance coverage or answers to questions about current coverage

Prizm can answer agent-letter questions, discuss review findings, and obtain market options on the client’s behalf.

Prizm is designed to plug into an advisor’s existing workflow, extend coverage options for clients, and deliver a seamless, secure, and professional experience.

 

How to Enable the Integration

The “Get quote from Prizm” box will appear in all reviews and remain disabled until a firm admin turns it on. 

 

Firm admins can enable the Prizm integration by navigating to Settings —> Security Setting  and sliding the appropriate "Prizm Insurance Quote Request” toggle on:  

 

Once the integration is active, you will see the Prizm Referral button inside each insurance review.

 

Submitting a Prizm Referral

To start a referral, open any insurance review.

Click the Get Quote From Prizm button.

Required Client Details 

  • Client first and last name
  • Client email address

Optional: Client phone number and a custom message for the Prizm team.

Advisor Details are automatically populated based on the assigned advisor in Holistiplan. You may edit this if a different individual should be contacted.

Advisor-First Option (Optional)

If you prefer Prizm to contact you before speaking with the client:

  1. Check: “Contact advisor before reaching out to client.”
  2. Verify or update the advisor contact information.

If this option is not selected, Prizm will contact the client directly within a few minutes after the referral is received. 

Once the “I Acknowledge” box is checked, the Request Quote button will be available to send to Prizm.

After clicking the "Request Quote" button, you will see a Confirmation Modal, indicating that the information has successfully been sent to Prizm.
