Uploading a return can result in either a successful upload right away OR you may see a caution indicator meaning additional review is necessary by our OCR Support folks.
At the time of uploading a return, you will get a box that populates in the bottom right-hand side of the screen that looks like this:
The left most icon showing two arrows spinning in a circle will indicate an upload is currently processing through the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. The middle icon showing a document with a clock will show returns that have been processed through the OCR software but require a manual review by our OCR Support team. The right most icon showing a check mark will indicate a return has been processed successfully through the OCR.
If you want to see more detailed information as it concerns the recently uploaded return document(s), you can expand this section by clicking on the carrot top (^) icon next to the check mark, as shown below:
