Immediately after uploading a return, a box will populate in the bottom right-hand side of the screen that looks like this:  ![Screenshot 2026-01-27 at 2.28.53 PM](https://help.holistiplan.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.28.53%20PM.png?width=250&height=76&name=Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.28.53%20PM.png) The leftmost icon shows two arrows spinning in a circle - this indicates an upload is currently processing through the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. The middle icon shows a document with a clock that will show returns that have been processed through the OCR software, but require a manual review by our OCR Support team. The rightmost icon shows a check mark - indicating a return has been processed successfully through the OCR.  For more detailed information as it concerns the recently uploaded return document(s), expand this section by clicking on the carrot top (^) icon next to the check mark, as shown below: ![Screenshot 2026-01-27 at 2.27.23 PM](https://help.holistiplan.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.27.23%20PM.png?width=357&height=199&name=Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.27.23%20PM.png) If a return has been flagged for manual review, it will be indicated in the middle icon, and the below message will populate within the household screen: ![Screenshot 2026-01-27 at 2.20.01 PM](https://help.holistiplan.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.20.01%20PM.png?width=670&height=90&name=Screenshot%202026-01-27%20at%202.20.01%20PM.png) We aim for returns to be manually reviewed between 5-45 minutes, depending on volumes, and almost definitely by the end of the business day (8-5 Central, Monday-Friday).
