Update User Information and Password
Navigate to your profile menu by clicking on your initials, as shown below in the top-right-hand side of the screen when logged into Holistiplan, and click on the Account option.
Make sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you if our team has any questions. If you're the only user of the firm or the only Firm Admin and need your Multi-Factor Authentication token reset, we will need your number to call and verify your identity before resetting your token.

Your password may expire after a set number of days in use, depending on your firm's Security Settings. To reset your password, enter a new password that meets the requirements below, re-enter the password to confirm they match, and click Submit to complete the password change.

If you have updated your email address, a Firm Admin can update your account to use the new email address by heading to Settings > User Admin, clicking the Actions button, and selecting Edit User. A pop-up screen will appear where the admin can adjust your email as needed.
