Ensure your user information is correct and update it using the following steps.
Navigate to your profile menu as shown below in the top-righthand side of your screen when logged into Holistiplan, and click on the "My Account / Password" option.
Make sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you if our team has any questions. If you're the only user of the firm or the only Firm Admin and need your Multi-Factor Authentication token reset, we will need your number to call and verify your identity before resetting your token.
If you have updated your email address, you will need to contact your Firm Admin to have them update the email address for you.
Your password may expire after a set number of days in use, depending on your firm's security settings. To reset your password, enter in a new password that meets the requirements below, re-enter the password to confirm they match, and click "Submit" to complete the password change.
