[User Admin](https://help.holistiplan.com/user-admin?hsLang=en) # Update User Information and Password To update your name and phone number in Holistiplan, navigate to the user menu by clicking on your initials in the top-right-hand side of the screen and selecting  **My** **Account**. **![](https://help.holistiplan.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-14-2026-03-54-52-2241-PM.png?width=247&height=292&name=image-png-Sep-14-2026-03-54-52-2241-PM.png)** Enter the required information in the User Information section. Be sure to include the correct phone number so that the Support team can contact you for MFA token resets. - An admin on the account must reset the token by going to **Settings \> User Admin** and resetting the token for the user. - If you're the only user of the firm or the only firm admin and need your Multi-Factor Authentication token reset, reach out to help@holistiplan.com to have the Support team verbally confirm and reset. ![Screenshot 2026-01-29 at 8.22.48 AM](https://help.holistiplan.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-01-29%20at%208.22.48%20AM.png?width=356&height=320&name=Screenshot%202026-01-29%20at%208.22.48%20AM.png) Passwords will expire after a set number of days in use, depending on your firm's security settings.
