Update User Information and Password
To update your name and phone number in Holistiplan, navigate to the user menu by clicking on your initials in the top-right-hand side of the screen and selecting Account.
Enter the required information in the User Information section. Be sure to include the correct phone number so that the Support team can contact you for MFA token resets.

An admin on the account must reset the token by going to Settings > User Admin and resetting the token for the user.
- If you're the only user of the firm or the only firm admin and need your Multi-Factor Authentication token reset, reach out to help@holistiplan.com to have the Support team verbally confirm and reset.

Passwords will expire after a set number of days in use, depending on your firm's security settings. To reset a password, enter a new password that meets the requirements below, re-enter the password to confirm they match, and click Submit to complete the password change.

To update your email address/username, a firm admin must make this change in Settings > User Admin. Changing a username/email address in the system will update your login credentials to the new email address.
