My reports are displaying the wrong logo

The household's assigned subsidiary determines which logo/disclaimer appears on the report. To update the subsidiary, select the correct name in the subsidiary drop-down bar in the client's household Details tab, as shown below.

To make sure all of your reports display the correct subsidiary from the start, be sure to select the correct subsidiary when each household is initially created:

If you aren't finding a subsidiary that you'd like to use, reach out to your firm's admin, who can add it via their Household Access page.
