Merging Subscriptions

Have separate Holistiplan subscriptions that you'd like to consolidate?

We can perform what we call a "Firm Merge," which moves all households and users from their current subscription to the desired "parent" subscription.

It should be noted that Standalone Scenarios, Tax Letters, or Cash Flow Diagrams are not able to be moved over via a firm merge at this time.

The first step is to reach out to the support team at support@holistiplan.com. Our team needs to know the firm names and the firm admins of each subscription that is merging. We also need to know which subscription will be the "parent" subscription that is housing the new merged households and users. This is typically the acquiring firm or the firm with the higher Holistiplan plan.

Once our team has that information, a DocuSign consent form will be sent to each firm admin to sign and give their approval for the merge to take place. After getting confirmation that everything moved over successfully, we'll cancel the subscription that moved households/users to the "parent" subscription so that no future renewal charges occur.

Merging some households and users to another Holistiplan account

Holistiplan Support can also perform a "partial firm merge," in which we can move over a subsidiary of desired households/users from one subscription to another. The steps match those listed above, however, we require the firm admin to create a subsidiary with all of the desired households and users that need to be moved to the new subscription. There will be a section of the consent form to list what the subsidiary name is so that our team knows which subsidiary needs to be included in the merge.
