Sample Insurance Policies

Check out these Sample P&C Insurance Documents you can upload to test out the Insurance Risk Management tool!

Whether your subscription already includes our Insurance Risk Management tool or you're simply taking a test drive, you can use these sample insurance policy declarations below. Included are a homeowners, automobile, and umbrella policy. We suggest using a dedicated non-client household to upload these policies.

Once you have downloaded those policies and are ready to upload them into Holistiplan to use the Insurance Risk Management tool, here are the next steps and what you can expect: 

• All insurance uploads currently undergo a manual review process by our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Support Team. You will receive communication by email from them throughout the process letting you know the status of the documents uploaded. 
• As part of the process of uploading documents and completing the Insurance Review, there may be times where you will need to enter information manually for the review to be fully processed, especially when certain information isn't included on the insurance documents uploaded. If this happens, you'll see red icons appear within the software itself, or may also receive email communication from us.
